How does it work?
Our Learn Fox Labs operate in four key stages, usually delivered within weeks rather than months.
Knowledge sharing
Your whole team completes a specially crafted pre-workshop questionnaire to allow us to understand where you are now and what you’re trying to achieve.
Prior to your first facilitated workshop these insights on current challenges, what’s working well and the team’s vision for future success will be analysed and ready to share to help the team define and align on a shared vision.
Facilitated Workshops
Starting with a collaborative session for your whole team focused on defining and aligning on the vision for your Digital Learning Strategy and focusing on the key pillars of our holistic approach of People, Content & Technology. The session is facilitated by Learn Fox founder Laura Lee-Gibbs and supported by Visual Thinking Consultant & Illustrator Marina Roa who draws ‘live’ on screen capturing in 'real time' the key insights, reflections, and conclusions using illustrations, diagrams, and text.

Transformation Playbook
Combining the outcomes of the initial workshop with our experience, we’ll deliver you a comprehensive and practical roadmap that will set out the steps you’ll need to move your project forward.

How do we use ‘visual thinking’ to maximise impact in Learn Fox Labs?
In our Learn Fox Labs we use ‘live drawing’ as an innovative facilitation technique where Marina, a highly skilled illustrator, literally creates ‘visual thinking’ to synthesise and visualise your team’s input into something more tangible.
Marina creates large-scale visual panels capturing in real time the key insights, reflections, and conclusions using illustrations, diagrams, and text in your brand colors.
The live drawing helps participants practice deep listening, improve communication, define and align on an inspiring shared vision, boost creative thinking, and includes all voices in the conversation.
Visual thinking is a universal language that will help you and your team focus on what really matters.
